Severe Fished ... but eventually came off it!

Yesterday's fishing began with a pike, but then there was a halt in fishing. Only when the wind slowed things started to happen! Then began the salmon appear in the surface ...!

A nice day with fathers and sons from Oslo! Arne Christian & Henry, Simon & Luke. An interested and committed gang in the boat that made the day extra successful!

In addition to fishing, I want to mention the "distinguished visitor" in the boat by author Simon Stranger which is one of Norway's most famous novelist. Right now highly topical with the book "Those who do not exist" and nominated for NORDIC COUNCIL Children's and Youth LITERATURE PRIZE 2015.

As a fishing guide you meet lots of interesting people and it's something that I'm extra thankful for!

A THOUSAND THANKS for a nice day and we hope to see in the new fishing adventure!

Thursday's guests came from Susisaari! Mattias Jakob and Sebastian got to feel the strong "silver fish" who invited up to dance! When the day was over, we could sum up the 6 approved fish! Two salmon and four trout plus a pike! We also got a wonderfully DOUBLE ready!

The wind picked up at the end but then it was time to pack up anyway.

Today bouncer drug Mattias! A salmon of about 6 kg!

Very nice that we did not finish fishing because of the thunderstorm. The winds kept in check all day! Some heavy rain we got, however, feel ...! But what makes it a warm and cozy McLay boat ....!

Many thanks to the whole team for the nice day!
Thanks also to Dalia who took care of login and the Inn at Dal who fixed ice that held the fish cold and fresh during the trip home to Västerås!

"Chaotic" afternoon with 6 approved trout!

Werner, Hans Ruedi and Olivier from Switzerland experienced a dream fishing on Lake Vänern during a few hectic hours on Friday afternoon! Inter alia a clockwork TRIPLE ready! Måsdyken succeeded each other and we saw chasing trout and salmon in the surface!

We closed the fishery for 4 approved fish but we got two more hefty trout before we got up all the rods! The largest trout weighed nearly 7 kg ... and the fish we had no pictures of the chaos ...!

Summary:

Six approved trout with the largest at nearly 7 kg! In addition to this, we had three lost fish. We got the two trouts in the triple blow and it was one that tore. Everything happened from about 13.30 to about 16.00. Full "action" in the boat!

Thank youWerner, Hans Ruedi och Olivier and hope to see you here again!

There appears gulls hugger salmon!

Here are some pictures from Friday's glorious sunshine fishing by Anja & Stefan and Marianne and Jan!

We did a "late start" from Sunnanå because it blew quite a bit early in the morning. This decision proved to be a smart move. The wind abated during the time we went to the day's fishing spot, and when we arrived we had almost no wind!

Summary:

4 authorized salmonids be 3 trout and salmon! Stefan pulled a wild salmon as we returned back in the lake and we got a few fish to who was under 60 cm. Janne also had decent pike that dropped a bit behind the boat ... Today's tactic was to run in måsdyken. Our seductive bleak went home with the fish even on this day ...! Both pairs were thus brings nice fish perfect for the grill this summer!

Many thanks to Stefan, Anja, Jamie and Marianne for pleasant day out on the waters of Lake Vänern expanses!

Over & Out

Last week, the fish gone on "0-7 diet" ...

Yes, it is required that the fish eat if we are to get them on rods ...! Last week, the fish tasted "zero days out of seven days," but perhaps today we got to see a turnaround. We hope so!

Today it was Marius who drew a beautiful wild trout and shortly after we dropped a similar at the net ... The afternoon was best fish wise! Two pikes were also greet the boat.

Tomorrow is a new tag!
